• From my very first contact with The Bushcraft Company, EVERYTHING has impressed me and it boils down to the quality of people who work here. They are EXCELLENT at what they do and GENUINELY care about delivering a superb, quality experience. Absolutely first class.

  • THANK YOU BUSHCRAFT!! We do heaps of enriching activities at Bromsgrove, but Bushcraft has been one of the most exciting things ever for the children in the Junior Department. I am thrilled that it went so well. Well done to you and your staff for providing such an unusual and thrilling experience. It was quite a risk for us to do this with such young children but any worries were totally unfounded. Year 4 loved it - brilliant!

  • It’s been fantastic. A great opportunity for the pupils to feel what it's like to be in the "wilderness". They’ve learnt a great deal and also enjoyed themselves. As a member of staff, it's been great to be able to stand back and watch how they interact together and also to get to know them. I’d definitely love to come back.

  • Most childhood memories of camping involve undercooked, or burnt sausages and cold baked beans. We join The Bushcraft Company camp where kids are encouraged to forage for and prepare their meals, giving them a real sense of how great the great outdoors really is.

  • Living in the forest for a week is an incredible experience for the students. All of them felt as though they had been on a great adventure. Some loved every minute, some found the week extremely challenging, but all of them interacted with the environment more than they ever have before.

  • They all loved every minute and really did not want to leave. It was a very stimulating course with fantastic leaders. Every student was definitely inspired and found the whole trip very exciting.

  • I just wanted to write to thank you, Ed and the team for a wonderful two days. My students had a fantastic time and enjoyed their experience hugely. Please pass our special thanks to Steve and Lydia who are an absolute credit to themselves, your organisation, and the standard of training that you clearly provide.

  • The food - WE LOVE IT!! Venison, rabbit, salmon - all fascinating. Varied and exciting, a sense of foraging, the kids loved experimenting.

  • Outstanding, charismatic, enjoyable and progressive.

  • We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay, your company ethos and the strength of your staff are your biggest asset - we are all raving about our fires in the woods and the speed bonding session. Thank you.

  • It was a joy to see how well the content brought our science curriculum to life.

    The Magna Carta School

  • The Bushcraft staff have made this week. They have been dedicated, enthusiastic and totally committed. Even with some ‘challenging pupils’ they have kept them engaged, excited and have helped them to achieve all week. The activities have been great and as staff, we found ourselves joining in too! I cannot praise your staff enough and would recommend your company and courses to everyone and anyone who will listen!!

    Rodborough Technology College

  • Delightful staff, scrumptious food and an inspirational environment. The ‘back-to-basics’ learning experience helps the pupils find their sense of adventure and return to nature. They learn transferable skills in the wilderness such as teamwork, cooking and fending for themselves, helping build camaraderie and independence. The staff ensnare the pupils with their high-level skills, expertise and humour, catapulting them into an educational and enjoyable few days of bushcraft survival. The Bushcraft team hit the target by inviting respect and encouraging tribal rivalry, and building up a strong rapport with the whole group. We’ll be back!

  • I wanted to drop you a note to say a very heartfelt thank you for a wonderful experience. Your company represents an entirely worthwhile initiative and you most certainly deserve all your success. So, thanks again for an excellent level of service and a most enjoyable three days in the woods. We really didn’t want to come home.

  • Welcome to The Bushcraft Company, the ultimate antidote to the creeping epidemic of cotton-wool kids. This is outdoor education in its most literal sense, where the learning curve is steeper than the north face of the Eiger.
